I have one of those light boxes. There is a part on there sight that is a little helpful but basicly you put the bigger end of the four polls into the little square that comes with it and then carfully bend them and slide them into the inside of the softbox. There's little sleves on the inside they go in. It feels like you're going to break them but they do go in. I haven't been able to find the light they talk about that it's made for and I don't think they just sell the light. So if anyone knows where to get it let me know

Most softboxes (chimeras) connect to the lights via a "speedring". The speedring will have holes that you bend the ends of the rods from the softbox into. Then the unit simply slips into the barndoor ears of the lights.

I bought a used professional lighting set that looks very complete and then some soft light boxes. Nothing however came with instructions on how to assembly. Some is straight forward but the lighting boxes are like a puzzle to me. I can't figure out how to attach them to anything either.

Any suggestion? The light boxes came from amvona.com Their on-line Q&A suck. A few general words and no photos.
