In some ways it's easier having less time than the 48 hours because you have to really get down to the basics. I could have sure used more than 3 hours of post though!

I've been wanting to try cinemasports since I first heard of it a few years ago and I finally got the chance yesterday. It was part of the Mill Valley Film Festival. For those unfamiliar, they call cinemasports the Iron Chef of Filmmaking. They give you a list of "ingredients" to use (3 elements you must have in your film) and then you have 10 hours to write, shoot, edit and turn in your finished 3 minute film. The ingredients for the day were Turning 30, Chocolate, and Muffled Laugh.

Here's the one that my team put together: http://www.jasonbuckley.com/blog/2007/10/how-i-spent-my-saturday.html

Our entire under $100 budget was spent on craft services and our chocolate props.
