Is there a technology or an individual product that just really sticks
out for a first time digital video purchaser?

I know nothing of this world but have been getting creative making
very, very lo fi abstract videos to accompany my next CD of abstract electronica.

Currently I"m using a terrible Radio Shack digital camera that takes really lo fi 30 second videos
with no sound.

I"m having fun but finally desiring to take longer videos.

Any recommendations? Price range: as little as possible so even suggestions of trailing edge technology
that is still nonetheless somewhat high quality would be appreciated.

I have some rad musical stuff for trade for information, as well and I"m looking for plugins for Vegas Video.
